- We ship all our gifts (excluding flowers and vases) Australia wide.
- Flat rate is $20 per order.
- Free delivery to Palliative Care or Hospice.
- All our orders are registered and a signature will be required upon delivery.
- Delivery time is 2-9 business days (Registered Post). Please allow more time for delivery to rural and remote areas.

- We require two working days to process and package your order. However, we can offer fast track urgent orders, so please contact us if you have special requirements.
Items damaged in transit.
Even properly packed fragile items may be at risk of damage in transit. In those rare cases, there is no need to send damaged items back to us. Just e-mail the photo of the damage and we will issue you with a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Personal Delivery
- EvaGift offers personal delivery on the Sunshine Coast (selected areas) in Queensland. Please check the availability using the guide on this page.
- Delivery cost in these selected areas is $10 per order.
- Free delivery to Palliative Care or Hospice.
- Delivery is available to Hospitals and Nursing homes, Retirement Villages, Palliative Care, Aged care, Hostels and more.
- If you are not sure about location, please contact us before placing an order.
- Signature will be required on delivery.
- To avoid delay in delivery please provide delivery time and contact number of the recipient.
- For hospital deliveries, please make sure that the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
- When choosing delivery date please allow at least 24 hours to prepare your gift.
- We also deliver on weekends and public holidays. There is no extra charge in addition to regular delivery. However, fresh roses are subject to availability on public holidays. You may consider flowerpot included in your gift. In this case, please contact us for details before placing an order. Public holiday's dates are available on Calendar page ( Tips).
To avoid disappointment please choose your delivery fee and the date correctly. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
